Glasgow Grosvenor Hotel

I had a great stay at the hotel, the room wasvery comfy and tidy. The highlight was definitely the lovely terrace where I enjoyed a beer and afternoon tea. The hotel is in a great area, close to Ashton lane with its fantastic pubs and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with an excellent Italian restaurant right across the botanical garden. It was also so convenient to have a subway to town nearby and we loved being on top of the supermarket next door. The service was outstanding, from the attentive and exceptional staff who provided us with great customer service, especially Laura who went above and beyond to assist us when we had an issue with our room. The range of amenities provided, such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning, made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was well-appointed and had everything we needed, from ironing facilities to a cozy sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus and we appreciated the in-room safe for added security. The hotel's dining options, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, offered delicious food and a wide range of choices. we were extremely pleased with the quality and comfort offered at this venue.

Lovely, spacious hotel in prime West end location. Helpful and welcoming staff. Comfortable, quiet rooms with all necessary amenities. Great breakfast options. Enjoyed nearby restaurants and bars. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at a centrally located hotel withnice and neat rooms. The area was great, with the Botanic Gardens and Kelvingrove nearby. And let's not forget about the BeGin bar with an excellent selection of over 140 gins. I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We loved this place! The location was perfect, right opposite a beautiful garden and close to an Italian restaurant and a supermarket. The subway to town was also nearby and it was very easy to drive to the airport from here. The service was top-notch, from room service to car hire and dry cleaning. We appreciated the room amenities, like ironing facilities, in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The staff, especially Laura, were exceptional and made us feel very welcome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a good choice of options and was delicious. The hotel's location was excellent, right opposite the beautiful Botanical Gardens. It was also conveniently located in a busy area with a very nice bar nearby. We were pleased to find parking available, even though most street parking in this area is reserved for residents.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Great location near work and nice restaurants. In-house restaurant, Bo Vine, has good atmosphere, food selection, full bar. Staff at reception, bar, and restaurant were helpful and friendly. Spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast with variety of options. Convenient on-site parking.

The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Guests can also enjoy the stunning view of the nearby church and have easy access to the Botanical Gardens. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Guests can also indulge in a delicious afternoon tea with fresh sandwiches and cakes.

The breakfast service could use some improvement, as there were occasional issues with setting the tables and providing sufficient cutlery and napkins.

The location was perfect, right across from the Botanical Gardens and in what was a very dark area. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a large living area and a spacious bedroom. The breakfast was excellent, with a chef who cooked my poached eggs perfectly and served them at my table. The nearby supermarket was convenient for any supplies I needed.

The lack of a fitness room was a disappointment.
